Arrive Chennai

  • Morning proceed to visit Chennai which includes visit to Fort Saint George, Saint Thomas mount, San thome cathedral ,Kapeleshwar temple ,National art gallery.

Chennai – Kanchipuram

  • Morning drive from Chennai – Kanchipuram – (Approx 75kms- 1-2hrs) Upon arrival in Kanchipuram proceed to check in at the hotel.

Alappuzha or Alleppey is best known for houseboat cruises. Cochin International Airport is the nearest airport to Alleppey. You can find trains and buses from all major cities. The place is famous for its boat races, beaches, backwater trips, marine products and houseboat stays.

British retained the name as Madrasapattinam, though the locals called it as Chennapattinam. A Legend also says, this city was first named Chennai in honour of Damal Chennappa Nayakkar.
