Amazing Tour of Meghalays & Assam 05 Nights- 06 Days

DAY /SECTOR 

                PROGRAMME 

Day 01 

Arrive Guwahati – Shillong

• Arrive Guwahati
• Morning Upon arrival will be met by our representative & drive  from Guwahati – Shillong (99kms -1-2hrs)
• Upon arrival in Shillong proceed to check in at the hotel.
• Overnight in the hotel.

Day 02

Shillong – Cherrapunji – Shillong 

• Buffet breakfast in the hotel.
• Morning drive from Shillong – Cherrapunji (53kms -1-2hrs)
• Upon arrival in Cherrapunji proceed to visit limetone caves & Orange honey. Watch the Dain-Thlen falls, Noh-Kalikai Falls, Noh-Sngithiang Falls & also drive to the Mawsmai Cave, Thangkharang Park and the Living root bridge
• Later evening back to Shillong 
• On the way visit Burra Bazar and Archery Fields (closed on Sundays).
• Overnight in the hotel.

Day 03

Shillong – Kaziranga 

• Buffet breakfast in the hotel.
• Morning drive from Shillong – Kaziranga  (252 kms -4 - 5hrs)
• Upon arrival in Kaziranga proceed to check in at the hotel.
• Evening is free at leisure for independent activities 
• Overnight in the hotel.

Day 04

Kaziranga 

• Early morning elephant safari (1st ride: 5.30 am to 6.30 am, 2nd ride: 6.30 am to 7.30 am). 
• After breakfast jeep safari (either central or western range). 
• Return to lodge for lunch.
• After lunch jeep safari (if visited central range in the morning then western range or vice versa)
• Overnight in the hotel.

Day 05

Kaziranga 

• Early morning  breakfast in the hotel
• Later  safari to eastern range.
• Return to lodge for lunch
• After lunch jeep safari to central or western range
• Overnight in the hotel.

Day 6

Kaziranga – Guwahati 

• Buffet breakfast in the hotel.
• Morning drive from Kaziranga – Guwahati  (Approx 193kms – 3- 4 hrs)
• Upon arrival in Guwahati transfer to airport for onward journey.
